Trees and Woodlands

Trees and Woodland images taken in the South West areas of Great Britain. As I live in Somerset, mainly Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Wiltshire at different seasons, but also some other areas when visited.

A trip to Watersmeet in Devon. Took a number of images while walking round through the woodland. Did an edit of this to look like a sketch/drawing

A colourful late cold November walk through the woods in 2012. My wife and the dogs in the distance... numerous copper coloured leaves on the pathway and still holding tight to the branches above...

A late autumnal Saturday morning walk in an area of 'Beaumont's Wood' and 'Hilcombe Hanging', near Stourhead, with the dogs brought us to this scene as we came up a steady climbing track. Sunlight and blue skies behind the gold and copper coloured leaves
